Need immediate help plz.. - H1 Transfer

Hi,

I am currently working in Company A, whose is holding my H1 visa. My current project was suuposed to be over by June 30 2006. So i had asked Company B to transfer my H1. So they also filed for H1 transfer by mid of June 2006. But now prject with company A is extended by 2 more months. Now can i continue with company A for 2 more months and join company B after 2 months.

Yes you can continue working with Company A for 2 months and then join Company B if you want to. No issues at all.
