Emergency Appointment: Urgent!

Hi:
The VFS website shows available slots for Novemebr even for emergency appointment. I am traveling to India in 3 days and I need to get my H1 restamped (renewal). Shouldn;t emergency appointment be available in next couple weeks? Am I missing something?

Please help...how can I schedule the emergency appointment.
