URGENT: Travel from India to USA on H1b
Hi Frnds,
I have a H1B valied visa and currently in India and work for company YYYY in India. I was also in USA and was sent by YYYY for one year.
Now, I'm back in India and wish to travel to USa again as I have some offers.
Can u plz clarify:
1.) Can I travel for a new company in the US after resigning from YYYY on the same visa issued by ZZZ.
2.) Is it legal?
3.) What are the issues I can face in this scenario.
4.) can a desi company blackmail if we travel on a old companys' visa/
