I need a immigration advice. I am currently on H1B (got it last year) with my company. I did my Masters from prestigious school in USA.
I was looking for an opportunity to work between US and India. I have received an offer from another company in US who is starting Indian Operations to join there Indian operations. This company will like me to give away my US status (h1B) and relocate to India.
Can I request the company to file green card for me and then relocate to India? Do I have any option to work in India and go towards green card(or maintain my H1B status)?
Please let me know if you can help me with this.
