Hi,
Currently I am in USA with L1 visa.
My company has appied for the both L1 and H1 Last year. I attended the L1 interview and come here. Now I am holding my H1 Papers (hich is applied Last year). It is having the validity upto next year.
I am planning to go to India by this year end. I blocked the interview date with the H1 Paper.
Please let me know if there would be any issueb'cos my H1 paper Validity has only 8 months (from the preiod of interview).
Is it possible to change my Interview from H1 to L1 (By applying new L1).
Please advise.
