Does anyone of you have this experience? I was working in company A and I have a stamped H-1B visa on my passport & I-94 from that company valid until Sept 2007. Recently I resigned from company A and joined company B (non-profitable) and got I-94 from company B for H-1B. Now if I leave USA, can I re-enter before Sept 2007 using the old stamped visa on my passport. Or do you think I must go to consulate to get my passport stamped using the name of company B? Can anybody give me a confirm information about this? Thanks.
