H4 Appointment Booking dates in regional langauge

Dear Guys,

I am keeping on checking for the dates to book for (H4) Dependent visa in regional langauge (Tamil).

I couldn't get even a single date for the past 1 and half month. I see they opened dates for Visitor visa couple of days ago.

Do you guys know how long we have to wait?

Suggestion and help is highly appreciated.
