Please help me out..
I am on h1-B now. I did job for 3 months. My husband works here wanted to convert to h4 again because, my visa is going to end in nov 26 th. I cann't extend it. My dout is I am planning to visit my parents (india) in sept,
1)can I take an appoint ment for H4 visa in consulate.
2)Do I need to change the status before going to India here.
Please let me know procedure I really appreciate your help.
