Hi!
i am currently in US on H4 visa which expires in dec 2006. I got admission in an M.S. degree prog. I ve recieved my I 20 and now will apply for my visa transfer to F1 to I 539
following are my queries:
1. I feel that if my documents are complete and I539 is properly filled the process is straight forward......... am i right?
2. If my F1 is approved do they cancel my H4 or my H4 also remains valid?
3. I plan to visit India in Dec. n will go for F1 stampin thr. what r my chances of F1 getting rejected.
4. If my F1 gets rejected do they cancel my H4 as well?
5. if F1 gets rejected i apply for a fresh H4 or a renewal of H4.
if u could answer these queries it wud b a gr8 help........
