Hi all
My H1 application receipt date is May 18. So its a long wait before I get my approval. I would liek to get an appointment date of almost 16 dec at mumbai consulate which is available now. I have paid the fees at HDFC and so I have an active bar-code number. Can I get an appointment now without the approval? If not, if I have to wait for my approval which i might get after 2-3 months, is it possible in any way to get a Dec date at mumbai consulate?
