Hi,
I have a valid visa till next year. I recently(jusly 1st) changed my employer. I didn't get the approved petetion yet.
I have to go to India in August (can not avoided).
1) can I re enter to US with my valid old visa?
2) My wife's visa appointment scheduled in Sept. I may or may not get my new petition by that time.
Can she still show old documents along with INS recept ( proof of applying change of employer ) to the consulate?
Please let me know if you have any information on these questions..
