  • Payslips of primary applicant for H4 interview

    Hi,
My wife would be having her H4 visa interview soon after I leave for the US. So I wouldn't be having any payslips to give to her to take for the interview.
I would give her copies of my offer letter and other documents.

Will this be a problem? Has anybody faced such a situation? Can she explain this to the visa officer or do we need to reschedule her interview until i get my payslips?

    Please help on this.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

My friend had faced similar kind of a pbm. When she appeared for the interview with just app letter (w/o pay stubs) of her husband, consulate issued her 221(g) form and asked her to post the pay stubs and passport after she gets it over a period of time. With all this they'll stamp her visa and post ot across and no need for her to actually go there again.

So no need to worry about this..but it just takes some months for ur wife to come and join U thats it.

    Aam
