H4 Visa for dependents while H1 is being transferred
Good Day!
I just have a question regarding our situation. I have 4 kids and they already have a schedule for visa appointment on august 21. However, heres the dilemma, we have scheduled this a long time ago. My husband is still connected with company A but now, he plans to transfer to company b. we will still be using the documents given by company a since he hasnt resigned yet with company A. However, if we leave our home country and join him in the US, and he's already working with company B...do we have to get another set of visa? or that would not be a problem? please help me because i dont want to spend soo much for this. Thank you
