Adjustment of L1B visa to L1A or H4
Hi.
I am currently in the US on a H1 visa and my wife is on a L1B visa. She will complete her 5 year limit in October. After that can she get her visa status adjusted to L1A or H4? I was told that the adjustment of status from L1B to L1A needs to be done 6 months prior to the end of the 5 year limit. Is this true for H4 visa also?
