Appointment at delhi embassy

I have got my approval, I would be going to Delhi counsulate , the present date shows Dec 06, If i take an appointment and then need to Change it if i am getting an early date, then how many times i can cancel and take another appointment,

Pls let me know,Else which is the best way to check and prepone my appointment,
