90 days GAP between OPT - H1 in 2004, Going for Stamping Now.
My OPT expired on June 30th 2004 and my H1 was approved on 25th June starting October 01 2004, so I stayed back in US for the entrie 90 days and passed my grace period of 60 days. Now I'm going for H1 stamping in August. What are the chances that my H1 may be rejected based on being in US for 90 days between OPT expiration and H1 start date. I did not enroll in school during that time frame.
If their are chances of my H1 to get rejected, is their anything I can do now to avoid this situation.
Please share if anybody had similar experience.
