I would just like to inquire or know more information re h1 cancellation? for example if you resigned from your company, will they inform USCIS as soon as they receive your resignation letter or the time you leave the company? please advise. thank you

your company is obliged to immediately notify the authorities of your resignation and in turn get your visa cancelled
now, do they do it is a big question!
