My wife went for H4 stamping on 25th July and she was asked to submit The following.
1. Explain the H/L worker's 2006 earnings. Please explain any discrepancies for the minimum salary mandated by the LCA.
2. A signed letter from the beneficiary's prospective supervisor at the end client location to which he/she will be assigned, stating the client's intention to make use of the beneficiary's services and explaining the nature and duration of the project to which he/she will be assigned.
I can get a letter from my main vendor (X), but I cannot get the letter from the client's supervisor on the Client Letterhead. I want to know if anyone got H4 visa with a letter from the main vendor and not the client. Please let me know, your advice will be highly appreciated
