H4 Stamping for BEP Company

Hi,
I am working in USA under H1 and my wife's visa stamping for H4 is scheduled for next month.

I recently joined a company in America, which has a base in India. This company has a BEP membership with consulates.

I have booked the appointment date for my wife before joining this company.

Hence this booking is not through BEP.

My Question now is, will it be a problem for my wife during Visa interview because the appointment is not through BEP.

Kindly advise.

I don't know what to do.
