H1b transfer/h4 stamping/change of address

hello Everybody

Please advise me on the following:

1) I have changed my company and my papers (h1b) are under 797c ( Receipt). My wife and kid are having visa stamping in sept in India, I had taken appointment when I was in my previous job. The old company details and petition details of old company are there on DS 156/157 form. I understand that it will take 2-3 months for 797 approval and LCA to be received. Please advise should I have to make changes on DS156/157 form for new company and can I send 797c along with salary stubs of new company. Can I make changes online (by changing appointment schedule online for visa).
2) I have also moved from one state to another 2 months ago and want to know whether I have to change my address in AR11 form or my h1b visa transfer by new company will take care. And is it not late for me to file change of address now.
