First H-1 B, Canada or Home Coutry

Hi everybody,

I am very streessed about about getting my first H-1B.

I have American education as well as BC from my home country.

I went to Canada Feb'07 and got my J-1 for a year.
I am trainee for the financial company and they are sponsoring me for H-1B.

My question is do I have to go to my home country to receive H-1B or I could go to Canada again.

I also got my J1 in a third country.If that is the case they say that we have to go to our homw country for our first h1b stamping.
Any how clear it up with experienced guys.
