I am staying in US from last two years with H1B visa. Recently my spouce and kids joined me in USA from India with H4 visa. While entering US the immegration officer put I94 validity date as 10/1/2007 to my spouce and one kid and for another kid he put date 01/10/2007 (may be by mistake). Now my doubt is if I94 date is taken for one kid she has to leave on Jan 10, 2007. How to correct this date mistake and where to correct.
The date has to be corred on I94 from 01/10/2007 to correct date 10/01/2007. Any please guide me
