Friends,
I am on H1B and planning to go for emergency visa appointment to any consulates in India when i visit india in coming november,My wife is on H4 Visa and can she also join me when i go for emergency visa appointment as she needs to get her H4 visa stamping ? Or she can only go to Chennai consulate as we are from South India.
