Having B1 /B2 and H 1 filed- plzz help me

Hi Immi help,

I am having B1/B2 multiple entry for 10 years (company name not mentioned in the VISA), And I already visited USA for 25 days 2 months back - Business trip.


My company also filed H1 for me- I got the LIN number(filed on May 6th vermount).

Next month(September) first week i want to travel to USA - personel trip.

Was there any problem for me in the port of entry - becoz in september I will get my H1 papers(or H1 approval).

In the port of entry - whether immigration officer will allow me in to USA - with theB1/B2 or not- becoz at that time I will get the approval for my H1 also.

plzz help me.

Hi,
Yea you can enter US without any problem untill you have H1B stamped on your passport.( though H1 it is approved but not stamped on visa).
later when you have both the visas, then immigration officer will cross one asking you , whichever you want.
But one more point: Traveling on B1 , when you are going to get H1 is not assumed to much healthy..reasons unknown...
