Pls Urgent Help needed

Hi,

I had received my I797B Notice of Action and had noticed that the date of birth was wrong, i had even looked into a copy of my I129 application filed by my employer and even there it was stated wrong (so this mistake was done by my employer while filing my petition).

So what should i be doing now can i get a new copy of the approval as early as possible if i my employer acts quickly i have interview scheduled at this month ending.

i guess it will take time. but u can contact ur employer for this and ask him to take immidiate action
