Uregent Help Needed regarding H4

Hi,
My visa status is H4 .My husbands is H1-B.
He received his EAD recently,and his visa is valid only till Nov.And I have not yet received my EAD.
Is it possible for him to go to EAD,and me being in this country?
Wt are the cosequences we have to face?
Is it possible for him to cancel my H4?

Will it be a problem for both of us,or is it only me....since I will not have visa.but he has EAD?

Is there any other visa I can switch to other than H1-B or F1.?

Please help me out...
