H1B visa help

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently I changed my employer on H1B visa. In my passport I have visa stamp till 2008 but it was from my previous employer. I need to go to India.
Do I need to get a new visa stamp before I enter usa or my current visa stamp will be good enough to let me get in usa?
