    Hello all,

    I got my visa stamped on august 9th in chennai consulate. My I797 start date is on 2nd october, my employer told me that i cannot enter USA 10days before the I-797 start date.

    when is the latest i can enter US

    which date is it 10days before Oct 2nd

    Can i enter US on september 22nd?
