hi frens.,
in june my sister went for H4 visa, got refused bcoz of Australin Refusal Stamp on her Passport. but it was her husband who applied for AUS Visa n got refused. my sister applied as dependent with her kids. she unfortunately lost her AUS refusal letter. in US visa interview the VO insisted her abt AUS refusal n refused n written 217 A4 on it. pls explain abt it. again we r planin for go to H4 visa.
**** my brother in laws passport has been renewed n got new passport. he applied for AUS visa with his old passport. and on new passport he got H1B visa. this time my sister is carryin old passport copy of my brother in law. is that OK. will u giv any suggestions........... plsssss.
