Abt Educational for H1B processing

Hi !

I would like to know whether B.Sc(Computer Science)-3 yrs degree from Madras University and PGDCA-1 yr degree from IGNOU-correspondence degree is applicable for H1B processing. And also I have 3 yrs of work experience as a windows administrator. If it is possible, can I get the stamping easily.

It, of course, depends on the Education Evaluator, how they interpret the certifications from out of US. Still, I think, your case is good.
In past, I had a similar case and I got it evaluated as "equivalent to 4 years degree program in US" and today I have H1-b visa.

Try to get your degrees evaluated from some approved evaluator in US. Your lawyer in US can help you in finding one.
