URGENT - H1 Visa Question

My visa is valid until Sep 21, 2006. Due to some urgency, I need to travel to India on 12 Septemeber and planning to return 19 September, 2006. Due to waiting perios, I cant get my visa restamed. So, my question is - Is it ok to travel with the visa whose validity will expires in another 2 days.

Hope to hear soon, I am much worry.

Hi,

I dont think so they would allow you in POE with just 2 days of visa validity, so it is better you prepare to get it stamped before entering the country. At POE they will allow you only if you have atleast 3-4 months of valid visa still remaining. This is not legal advise just my suggestion.
