H1B interview status with 221g with DROPBOX option.
Dear friends,
I have attended interview with my family on 10th Aug. I have received 221(g) with DROP BOX option.
Here is the Transcript details between me & Consulate officer.
Me: Hello, how are you doing?
Officer: Thanks, How are you doing?
Officer: Is it first time applying
Me: Yes.
Officer: Are you going work for this company or client?
Me: I am going to work for this company only.
Officer: do you have business lease documents
Me: Yes I do have, Please give me few sec's to show.
Officer: okay go head.
Me: I have given business lease document.
Me: I have shown my MCA convocation certificate.
Officer: Tell me the work you are going to work?
Me: bla, bla,
Officer: How many employees working with this company
Me: 20-40 in & out.
Officer: Do you have corporate registration document.
Me. I am sorry I don't have that document.
Officer: Show employer Photos.
Me: Sure, give me few seconds and given photos.
Officer: observed few photos. And asked me my educational certification
Office: Do you have specification of this document?
Me: Yes I do have. I have given same document.
Officer: when he looks the document and parallel he searching something in the system, asked the no developer going to work.
Me: 10 developers
Officer: can u list some of members:
Me: Kiran, Bala,Srin ….
Officer: again he asked Registration document.
Me: I am sorry I don't have that but I do have W2c, Federal Tax, and Employee payroll.
Officer: Do you have any other document abt your employer.
Me: Shown company broacher.
Officer: Do you have any other.
Me: Sorry I don't have other than this.
Officer: Please drop all these documents along with corporate registration document. And he also written same in the 221g document and returned all the document.
Me: Thanks.
Please help me out by providing the procedure of DROPBOX. As we have to submit the original documents what are the precautions I have take
