Hi,
I am an Indian citizen currently on an F1 visa and recently I got my H1 petition approved. I studied in the US for the past 2 years and have been working on an OPT (optional pratical training) on my F1 with a company in the US since the last 4 months. I travelled from the US to India for some family reasons this month and now am applying for an H1 visa appointment online at www.vfs-usa.co.in
While going through the VFS website I am being asked the following question:
Are you:* (1) A resident of India/Bhutan (2) An Indian citizen resident in the US
What should I choose? I am confused since I have been staying in the US for the past 2 years and am now in India for just 3-4 weeks.
