L1 / H4 Clarification
I need help with a visa clarification for my cousin.
My cousin is currently in US on H4 visa, One of the company she worked in India has a branch in US and they filed L1 for her and it is in the process of getting approved. Now she is planing to visit India on H4. If her L1 get's approved while she was in India, will she be able to come back to US with her H4 ?
What will happen to her H4 visa, if L1 get's approved ?
Will there be any other implications with traveling outside US while L1 is in the process of approval ?
