I currently have H1B visa for company A, and I initially planed to work for them starting from Oct. 1st. However I just got offer from another company B, which is a lot better. I heard under this situation I'm not eligible for H1B transfer because I have not worked for A yet. Is it true? If it is, do I have to arrive in US and work for A for a couple of months, and then do H1B transfer? Is there a faster way to let me start working for B?
