Dear friends,
I have a confusion..
I came to US with my dependents 2 years ago on J1 and J2 respectively. My dependents came to India. Meanwhile, I changed my visa status to H 1B. But it is not yet stamped as I am still in US. Now my dependents got visa appointment on November 7 th for H4 stamping. Is there any problem for them as my H1 B is not yet stamped by any US consulate?
Please advise on this regard.

---- It is not a problem to get the H4 visa stamped for your dependents. Just send in the copy of your approval notice (I-797) and copies of your passport pages
