Dear Immi,

one of my friend current H1 status is:

Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
Current Status:
On August 7, 2006 the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified by cable, telephone, or fax of the approval of this case.

what does it mean?
