H1B quota for advanced degree
I have a masters degree from the US. A potential employer in the US filed an application for my H1 through the advanced degree quota. However, we were late by a couple of days. The quota was exhausted on July 26, 2006.
I do not qualify for an L visa (intra-company transfer).
The employer still wants to hire me. Is there any way for them to bring me to the US without having to wait until October 2007?
Any comments/suggestions will be appreciated.
