Visa status

Hello Frnds,

In USCIS, the current update is Aug25 and H1 visa date at Nebraska is May19th.
Few days back, update was Aug3rd and H1 visa date at Nebraska was July11th.

Usually for the lastest update(Aug25), visa date should be after July11th, but its May19th. Can anyone comment??? I am bit confused on this...............
