    GC Application

    Hi,
    I had come to US on Company A's H1. But after coming here, I did not work with that company. I did an H1 transfer to Company B. Now, I want to apply for Green Card thru Company B, but this company wants me to put experience with my original H1 holder also. But, I do not have any paystubs and experience letter from my previous employer ( company A). Would there be any problems if I put experience with Company A for one or two months and then the rest of experience with my current employer ?

    If you have to start to work for a new employer, on a H1, you should have atleast 3-5 salary slips from the company which applied for your H1.
