I have a valid and Stamped visa till Dec 2007 for company A. I switched to Company B and they have transferred my H1-B. I am visiting India in December. Do i need to restamp the visa for company B ?

You don't need to restamp the visa for company B. Just go and enjoy your trip.

In my experience: I was working for company A, then got a job with company B who applied for my H1B visa transfer and this was approved. The next time that I travelled outside of the country I did go to the USA consulate in London and have a new visa stamped in my passport that showed me as working under and sponsored by Company B. Therefore I would call USCIS and confirm if you would need to do this, just to be safe.
