I have attended the chennai consulate on 8th May 2006. After the counsellor asked me various questions, he gave me a form (221g). Well, I have answered all the questions that he has asked.
Now, this 221g asks me to get END CLIENT letter or an Internal Project Description, where my services would be utilized. As well Notarized Federal Tax letters for the past 3 years, Notarized copy of the Office Lease and all the client's active projects.
Now my employer has sent me Federal Tax letters for the past 3 years, Notarized copy of the Office Lease and all the client's active projects. But he did not send me any CLIENT LETTER or any INTERNAL Project Descritpion where my services would be utilized.... My employer told me that, NO END CLIENT is willing to give a letter of such a sort until & unless the employee is in USA. My client wants me to explain the same to the counsellor.
My employer has sent the same set of documents to couple of other employees (probably a year ago or so) & all of them have been approved a US visa.
What according to your expertise, could be the decision of the counsellor, if I appear & state him the same ?
