Hi,
I am having a h1 and visa valid until 25th Jan 2007. I am planning to transfer my h1 to a new employer by end of sept 2006.
I am planning to visit India in the first week of dec 2006 and return by 1st of Jan 2007.
Do I need to get my stamping done before returning from India?
If yes, then what are the documents that I need to have with me.
