Hi all,
I got a INA 214 (b) for H1B in kuwait-us consulate last week? (working here June 2005), thay r canceled my old H1B also same time.
Now my company said that go for Chennai consulate ? if i go chennai consulate thay may ask " why u came here when u working in kuwait)?
I am planning to re-attend again in kuwait-US consulate........next week.
anyone got H1B visa after 214b issued (i mean re-attend) ?
How to proceed further? plz help me.
