214b-H1B-re-applying

Hi All,

I got 214b one week back, i am planning to re-attend again in same consulate in kuwait ( last time thay canceled my OLD H1B visa also)

i have a some prooof that i can show to the consuller will be back to my home country before visa expire ( like...wife, childrens, brother, sis....and economic in home country-india)

Do i need to domenstrate ( will be back home country-india) to the consuller officer before he ask the question?

any one got a visa H1B after 214b issued?

plz give me how to overcome this.
