URGENT!! H1 Visa Re-Stamping after H1 Transfer?

Hi All,

Please this is quite urgent. I have a H1 approved and the visa stamped from the Embassy in my country.

I will be travelling to the U.S and returning in 2 months for my wedding.

if i have my h1 transfered during my stay in the U.S, can i re-enter on the old visa stamp showing the new H1 approval or do i need a new visa stamp altogether?

---- If your visa stamp is valid on your Passport on the day of your entry, show your new H1 B approval notice (I-797) at the POE and get your I-94 stamped with the last date of your new H1 and then you will be permitted to enter the US

Is that true for my Wife's H4 too? If she has the visa stamped from my old H1 ...can she show a copy of the new I-797 at the POE and enter?

---- Your wife should have a new H4 approval notice (I-797 H4) and a valid visa stamp on her Passport to enable her to enter the US. She cannot use your H1 I-797 at the POE for etnry into US

In other words..can she show her old but valid H4 stamp from the old H4 notice alongwith the new H4 approval and enter at the POE ...i guess this will happen since i did a H1 transfer and i am assuming it requires her to get a new H4 too ?
