    H4 and L1 in parallel

    Hi,

    My wife has H4 interview by october also her L1 is scheduled for Nov. Would there be any prob in getting her L1/H4? can this happen in parallel? will they cancel her H4 if her L1 get's approved?

    Any response on this would be highly appriciated.
