Work Analysis Document

I came to know, from my firinds who appeared in aug 2006, that if we say we are going to work on in-house project at the employer site, the Visa Officer is asking for the "work analysis" document. Can any body know what does this document mean, what is the format. Please do answer my question.

They are asking for a "Market Analysis" document not a work analysis. Check with your employer if they have one for their product.

Yes you are right it is "Market Analysis" document.
