Need Info On H4

Hi,

I recently came to US on H1 , I got my dependents visa(H4) also stamped along with me and is valid till oct-2008.Now I am planing to change my Employer,If I do so , while the petition is in process , can my Dependent who is currenlty in India can come with the visa stamped on my previous employer.

Please let us know ASAP.

Yes, your spouse is dependant on you not on employer. As long as you maintain status, she does.
