H4 Required documents - Help Please

I have few questions regarding H4. When I have taken appointment for my H1 in november 2005, I had not taken the appointment for my wife's H4 as I wanted her to travel later. But I got 221g AAP during my interview and I got the H1B visa last week. Now I wanted to take my wife also along with me.Can she attend the H4 interview before I go to the US ?. If she is attending the H4 interview before I go to US, what would be the documents required ?.

Is form I394 applicable in this case ?
What should be the format of the letter from employer w.r.to H4?
Should she carry the client photographs/client letter ...etc again?. This has already been produced at the consulate for my interview.

Can anyone help?.

You can apply for H4 before you go to the USA, but if the company who sponsored you is a small company, they might ask your spouse to appear after you have 3-6 pay checks.

She should carry a copy of I-797, your passport copy, Marriage Cert, Marriage pix, Wedding Card, and all the documents you have submitted for H1B except education /Experience /resume.

I had submitted cliend place photographs fo h1?. Photographs are required again for h4?.

what does "A letter from your employer confirming continues employment." means?. Any letter from employer is required for H4?.

any idea on this?

1. Client photos are not required for H4 but you can carry if u have
2. Your employer can provide such letter saying "you are working on H1, and ur sal is so and so" etc,

Thanks for your reply Ramkumar..Since I have not started working and my wife will be attending the interview before I go to US, Should there be a seperate letter required from the employer or the offer letter will do ?.
